Hi there, my name is Forrest Edwards and I am a Real Estate agent with the Colorado Property Group. I am originally from Nashville, TN but felt the call of the mountains. Needless to say, I stayed and now call Durango Home. I am an avid snowboarder, tennis player, and hiker. I love to enjoy everything this beautiful country has to offer with my wife and two cats.

With over ten years of industry experience, I have a keen eye for details, allowing you to have a relaxed buying or selling process. I am determined to make my clients feel confident and comfortable as we navigate the process to find your new home and or move on from your current home.

Having spent several years as a contractor prior to becoming a real estate professional, I can help Sellers prepare their home for sale by focusing on the most important items. Likewise, I use this same experience to ensure Buyers know exactly what they are buying, and how to fix, improve, or repair any items they may want in their new dream home.

"Forrest was extremely diligent in helping us make our accelerated close of escrow deadline. Living in California, and looking for our vacation home in Durango, I emailed a number of agents inquiring about various properties. Forrest was the only agent to respond, and he did so within 12hrs. Forrest also has a general contractor/construction background, and so do I. He was extremely helpful providing us with local knowledge on building costs and schedules, which allowed us to pivot from looking to build a new home to buying our condo.
